Description du poste:
Personal assistant (PA), sometimes called an executive secretary or personal/private secretary, will work closely with directorial staff to provide administrative support. PA will help manager to make the best use of his time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks.
The manager will often rely heavily on the PA, trusting that work will be handled efficiently in their absence. Discretion and confidentiality are therefore essential attributes for the PA to be successful.
Qualifications requises:
The PA will have to :
• Have a minimum of 3 years experience in administration.
• devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing;
• meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority;
• make appointments;
• deal with incoming email, faxes and post, often correspond on behalf of the manager;
• produce documents, brief papers, reports and presentations;
• organise and attend meetings;
• liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff;
• be involved in decision-making processes;
• have secretarial studies;
• know administration;
In addition to relevant experience and secretarial/administrative knowledge, candidates will need to show evidence of the following:
• good written and oral communication skills in French and English;
• good organisational and time management skills;
• excellent interpersonal skills;
• ability to work on your own initiative;
• honesty and reliability;
• attention to detail;
• discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
