Description du poste:
• Manage and develop the brand (s) profit and loss, elaborate and control yearly budgets
• Responsible for the marketing of a product or service in its entirety, from research and development through final consumption, plan, develop and implement marketing initiatives and activities for the brand(s) and product(s)
• Consumer connection planning to achieve consumer goals
• Development of a long term strategy for consumer driven growth
• Oversee the advertising for the product, from media connection strategy planning and development to placement and monitoring
• Manage and develop image and position: lead market research efforts to understand customers’ perception and behavior, and formulate effective marketing strategies to ensure that the brand(s) receives maximum visibility and perform better than competitors
• Coordinate marketing projects and advertising campaigns for the brand(s) and product(s) and also related promotional events
• Work closely with all internal departments and external suppliers involved in the sales and marketing of the product or service
• Participate in pricing strategy development
• Spearhead innovation and renovation strategy development
• Collect and share pertinent Market intelligence
Qualifications requises:
University 1st Degree with at least 3 to 5 years brand Management experience
Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, powerpoint
In-depht understanding of marketing and advertising
Must be results oriented and have demonstrated creativity through prior work
Able to work under presure
Speak French/Creole/English
