Summary of Position
Consumer Marketing Intelligence Specialist must have good understanding of our Markets and Mapping, S/He will work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing and Marketing to innovate and influence the Market.
S/He be able to make a good research in order to train team and reinforce the impact of the Company in the market and
S/He will Create and provide consumer /Customer and market information in order to anticipate business needs and Opportunity to explore the Market need in the future/
Main Responsibilities
Create and provide consumer and market information to act as strategic foundations for brands and channels
Provide business solutions through a deep consumer and market understanding
Grant consumer inspiration throughout the organization, bringing a consumers centricity focus
Anticipate business needs and opportunities through market intelligence
Defines and executes the right research and processes to fill knowledge gaps (market, consumer and competitors)
Leverage Global guidelines and methodologies to have a common voice across the organization
Builds CMI capability in OpCo, training teams on setting up research and analysing the outcomes
Build yearly CMI calendar in line with OpCo’s needs and feeding into SP and AP cycles
Supports local teams positioning, innovation and campaign research with briefing, validation and analysis of results
Defines a clear Market Research plan for the different brands and channels, identifying opportunities to improve current ways of working
Builds strong partnerships inside the business and maintains regular contact with them to understand and manage emerging and important issues
Identifies, defines and answer the right question, making sure it is aligned with the strategy and the business needs
Brings new thinking frameworks to existing research activities by challenging the internal team and the Market Research Agencies
Incorporates multiple data sources to provide a framework for business planning and decision making
Qualifications requises:
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Bachelor in Statistic, Commerce or related Field
WORK EXPERIENCES
3 to 5 years of experience

Speak fluent French and English
