SUMMARY OF THE POSITION
Sales Operations Agent is responsible for an efficient handling of sales orders. He / She helps to improve the productivity of field sales team by dealing with customers’ queries and fielding calls. He/she has to contribute to the achievement of sales target and coordinate with logistic team to ensure that customers receive their orders on time.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 Order Processing:
Sales operations agent processes sales orders that reach the company by email, telephone or generated by sales representatives or zone leaders. He / She has to contact customer to resolve any queries or obtain any information that is missing in the order.

 Order entry :
Sales operations agent has to enter details of the order on the system (Heilite) and make a double check to ensure that all details are correct. Then he / she has to forward the order to the distribution team and follow up to ensure that customer will receive the order within the requested delivery date and keep the customer updated.

 Telesales:
He/she has to contribute to the achievement of sales target every month by calling customers to make sales, letting them know about the products of the company and boost sales. He / She has a target of outgoing calls and sales orders on a daily basis.

 Sales Support :
Sales operations agent has to provide support for sales representatives and zone leaders when they are away from the office. He / She has to take calls or emails from customers and alert sales field team to any urgent issues. He /She might also pass any technical queries from sales representatives or customers to the appropriate departments. He/ She has to update representatives on orders or deliveries.

Qualifications requises:

Education
 Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related Sciences.
 A minimum of one (1) year experience in Sales Operations Specific capabilities
 Computer skills and strong organizational skills required
 Have great communication and Sales skills
 Enjoy interacting with other people on a regular basis.
 Ability to absorb new information quickly to keep up with changes
 Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers
