Description du poste:
-maintaining filing system
-executing and controlling invoices
-checking and entering data (knowledge of Quickbooks applications)
-proficiency in use of email and internet
-good numeracy skills
-ability to assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports
-ability to handle customer complaints and inquiries
Qualifications requises:
-ability to thoroughly and efficiently follow through on all procedures involved in a given task ( i.e from time an order is placed to the time it is received in house -all the various procedures governmental and non required to make sure all is done in an efficient and timely manner.
-time management
-attention to detail and accuracy
-confidentiality
-strong communication skills both verbal and written
-common sense and a fair level of analytical skills
-ability to multitask
