We are looking for passionate, dedicated, professionals with special interest in helping Haiti for the upcoming multi-year monitoring and evaluation program for USAID/Haiti. The two main roles for this project are the Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) and the Senior Evaluation Specialist.
These positions will provide a variety of technical and advisory support to the project team on their M&E work:
The DCOP will plan, manage, and lead all relevant monitoring and evaluation deliverables stipulated in the SOW, including, but not limited to, assessments, performance monitoring, data quality verification and evaluation of the output and outcome results of USAID funded programs in Haiti.
The Senior Evaluation Specialist will be the lead on all evaluation activities and assessments throughout the life of the project; he/she will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to evaluation services and for ensuring production and completion of quality reports, in conformance with this SOW and all evaluation requests.
Some of the requirements for these roles are:
- Master’s degree (DCOP), Bachelor’s degree (Sr. Evaluator)
- Previous experience working with USAID funded programs
- 8 years M&E experience, preferably in Haiti.
- Computer literacy, SAS, STATA, SPSS, excel.
- Experience with online reporting tools, baseline data collection methodologies, impact evaluations.
- Management experience.
- Proficiency in Creole, English, and French.
