These responsibilities will include: evaluating children and families while implementing & monitoring care plans, assisting our social worker with family reintegration, reunification and preservation plans. These requirements of Child Hope International dba Orphelinat Maison de Lumiere in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, are as described herein: Tasks: -Develop and implement an internal system for trauma informed care -Provide all counseling needs of Child Hope children and complete necessary reporting -Evaluate, manage and keep current all children’s psychological files -Develop and implement a psychological care plan within our Family Hope strategy: family reunification, aftercare & family preservation -Provide counseling support to families before, during and after reunifications -Work closely with Directors, Social Worker, Orphanage Supervisor and staff as needed -Meet weekly with Directors providing updates -Identify needs and arrange for psychological and social support to children and families -Provide recommendations for children which require special assistance Metrics for Success: -Children are able to process their traumas, feelings and grow in Christ’s love and healing. -All 22 Children meet with counselor 2 times each month -Children and families are provided psychological care -Internal records clearly track individual child progress -Children and families regain hope through Christian motivated care, relationships and training What success looks like: -Internal reporting system and trainings are in place and on a routine schedule -Children and family understand how to process and manage emotions, make healthy attachments, and heal from past trauma -Families in the reunification process are empowered and find hope through counseling, resources, and trainings -Families in crisis within our community (or sent by IBESR) are supported and remain intact through orphan prevention strategies -All of our children are reconciled into families -Family Hope program becomes new identity of impact http://job509.com/jobs/show/2491-psychologist-counselor http://job509.com/jobs/show/494-psychologist To mentor the HR group of a manufacturing facilities based in Haiti, Ouanaminthe / Dajabon, Dominican Rep. The aim is for the group to be able to motivate positive behaviour among the Haitians and Dominicans nationals, through emotional intelligence techniques. Suivi et évaluation avec les bénéficiaires a fin d'évaluer leur capacité de faire face aux problèmes quotidiens 5. Transférer les connaissances et les compétences nécessaires pour fournir un soutien psychosocial aux familles vivant dans IDP camps. 6.
